The WOW! Fund is under purview of the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Under this fund, MOM is providing a $20,000 grant subsidy and up to 80% co-funding to eligible Singapore based companies to tap on.

Costs of consultancy, training, staff salary and IT infrastructure etc are funded under the WOW! Fund. All organisations including public-sector, non-profit and public-sector organisations are eligible, as long as there is proof (via CPF) of at least five paid employees.

Consider the example below- for an expenditure of $25,800, an SME needs to invest only $5,800:

This is a scheme developed by MOM and WDA for companies to hire new workers on part-time or flexible work arrangements. Under this, $1,200 will be provided per worker hired (proof via CPF), capped at $90,000.

Your workers must fulfil these requirements:
- Singapore citizens or PRs
- Not have been in the workforce for the past 6 months or more
- Aged 30 and above
- Recruited and retained for 2 months or more
